All our loans are secured by a registered mortgage over the borrowers property.
The maximum loan to value ratio on all loans to borrowers is 80% based on a valuation of the security property.
Your investment is spread across the entire pool of loans contained in each fund and not lent directly to a particular borrower or an individual security property.
We do not provide any construction finance to property developers.
Due to the short term nature of the loans we provide (maximum 12 months), our funds are less susceptible to property market fluctuations.

Our fund compliance plans and constitutions are registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission the industry regulator under our Australian Financial Services Licence 491201.
